Matthew Stevens (Songwriter/Guitar/Vocals), Ian O’Brien (Drums), and AJ Griffith (Bass) have been playing together since 2016, but it wouldn’t be until the addition of lead guitarist Jared Cummans (and then later Kyle Ahlstrom) that Emblems would form its most cohesive lineup to date.

The band has grown into its own blend of somber rock, inspired by artists from the last five decades. In the summer of 2021, the band entered the studio with Kyle Ahlstrom to record what will be the band's second album together.
